its probably a computer problem. go to auto zone and have them look at it.Have plenty oil, car not making any noises, no oil leak I can see %26amp; changed oil sending unit., any suggestions?
Lose or bad wire could be causing it to blink
Could actually be a faulty sensor. Take it to a mechanic to have the sensor checked.
change the oil trade it in or sell it if you don't have a conscience
Oil light means oil pressure is low. Sounds like the engine is worn out. Try using heavier grade oil. If the engine is new, youmust of ran it low on oil for along time to wear the bearings out.
You already replaced the sensor, so I'd get an aftermarket oil pressure guage and connect it for a while to see exactly what the pressure is. That will help you troubleshoot. If the pressure is actually low, there may be a restriction in the oil system somewhere....
maybe it needs to be reset
maybe the oil passage is stopped up where the sending unit goes into.
you might have low oil pressure and it,s the oil pump that could be faulty,

but it would make a clicking noise when the engine is under load.

and you say it,s not making any unusual noises?

i think if that,s not it then it,s electrical, but try getting the oil pressure tested.
unless you have an old clunker with no manual, you merely have to click the reset button. you should go online and research this on your make and model. otherwise, go into the nearest garage and they will do it for about $50 or a little more.
make sure somebody is reseting your oil light if there not that will happen
Again it would help if you tell us the Y,M,M,and ES!

If none of the suggestions above eliminate the problem for you?

You probably would be wise to suspect the ';Oil Pump';, Don't procrastinate long

the pump may completely fail, and cause severe engine damage.

Sorry
