My car is leaking something, it might be oil, but I'm not sure. How can I clean it up?

I'm not sure if it's oil or not, but I think it might be. It could be anything though, I know nothing about cars. It's in a condo garage and I need to clean it up. What would be the best way to do this?My car is leaking something, it might be oil, but I'm not sure. How can I clean it up?
First off look at the spill is there a green tint to it and or a sickly sweet smell and is coming from the very front of your car it is possibly antifreeze and your radiator, radiator hoses or your water pump need to be attended too, if the spill is a dark color and is in the middle near the passenger compartment you possibly have a oil leak, either way the vehicle should be taken to a Mechanic to see what the problem is. There is a product called oil dry that will help remove the oil stain from concrete other than that water for the antifreeze.
