Hi! my car got new oil change and service and new spark plug and new fuel pump but still not revving up? help.?

How long have you had the car. Depending how old your car is you might have to clean out the engine or flush the engine and clean out the gas tank. The gas tank you will need a professional mechanic. Gas stations, no matter which one you go to, will have a little dirt in the system, so over time you have that gunk building up until it eventually clogs the filter and fuel line. So even if you put in a new fuel filter it won't do you any good if you have a fuel tank full of gunk.
What kind of car is it?. Is it fuel injected or carburated? You said you got new fuel pump, spark plug and an oil change, but you are still having problem with the engine not reving up?. Check to see if your accelerator is still connected to carburator.or the throttle body.....If it is then the system is knacked and you screwed it up more. Just drink a beer and get laid and then call a tow truck to haul it to a garage and let a professonal tech fix it!!!!!
check the fuel filter and ALL of the vacuum lines, and the timing.
