yep, sand in the oil is not good. you just might have to have the whole engine flushed to get all the sand out. if not its going to lock up tight as a drum.
emmm, how can i put this. you kinda killed your car. the sand will get into all the bits of your engine, soak up the oil and grind against everything and when you hear the really painful sounding scream coming from under the bonnet as the whole lot seizes up, the first thing youll think of is ';i should take up stamp collecting for the boredom';
